On this mini episode, we tell stories about volleyball, Skinner talks about his brother a lot, and we create a new definition for Urban Dictionary.

This May, we’re letting Patreon supporters pick out films in an event we’re calling Maytreon.

The Diana Clone is as narratively baffling as it is insanely incompetent. Each new scene seemingly erases the intent of the scene preceding it. There are non-sequiturs and “jokes” scattered throughout that clash with the tone they seem to be chasing. With this episode, we go through every last minute of this movie and we still don’t know exactly what was going on. It absolutely must be seen to be believed, and even then, you still won’t believe it.

Big thanks to our Forge Audio pals Rachel (from The Story Song Podcast) and Christy (from Killer Fun) for lending their vocal talents to this episode.

This week is gonna be special: The Diana Clone (if that’s even what it’s called) is bizarre in lots of ways: a history lesson on the origins of Stockholm Syndrome, a giant whale tail coming out of a building, a very specific time jump, and an actress playing both the main character’s mother and also maybe his love interest. We are in for it.

Part 2 releases this Thursday.

This month we’re celebrating our Patreon supporters with Maytreon: a month where Patrons pick the movies we’re covering.

We reveal the second of our Maytreon picks on this mini episode and we are concerned this is going to be an incredibly tasteless exercise. Also, who wants to go to Easter Island?

This May, we’re letting Patreon supporters pick out films in an event we’re calling Maytreon.

On today’s episode, we finish up The Killing of Satan with talk of weird dreams, wet mummies, fatal cheek wounds, and Jesus Jeans. Never fear, Satan doesn’t stand a chance against Lando’s God-given laser stick!

We jump headfirst into Maytreon with a pick from Patreon supporter Andrew Walker: The Killing of Satan! We discuss how human burritos are stronger than knives, learn that Jesus wore jeans, and explore a prophecy from Josh’s youth that spells big things for the future of the podcast.

Part 2 drops Thursday!
